Full-Time 9am-4pm £20k-£23.5k

We are recruiting a compassionate Learning Support Worker to support students with Special Educational Needs in a nurturing school/college environment in Lingfield.
Your role will involve:- Supporting learners academically and emotionally
- Encouraging confidence and independence
- Assisting with personal care where required
- Working closely with teaching staff to adapt learning materials
- Empathetic and patient
- Reliable and committed
- Experienced in SEN settings (desirable)
