Job Overview
Classroom Support Assistant to work with children aged 5-16 with moderate, severe, profound and multiple learning difficulties and autistic conditions in a specialist school setting.
Full‑time, permanent role (term‑time only), starting ASAP.
Responsibilities- Supporting learners on a 1:1, small group and whole class basis
- Assisting learners with severe and complex needs
- Collaborating with the teacher to support learning objectives
- Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)
- Relevant teaching assistant and SEN experience (desirable)
- GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
- Eligibility to work in the UK
