Randstad Education is seeking a passionate Learning Support Worker to join an inspiring SEN school in East Grinstead, Surrey. You will support children and young people with various learning needs, helping them thrive both academically and personally.
This full-time role includes a combination of supporting learners 1:1 and in small groups. You'll play a key role in enhancing student wellbeing and independence while collaborating with teachers and specialists. Comprehensive training will be provided for those without prior experience.
The position offers £93-£100 per day for the first 12 weeks, transitioning to a permanent salary of £20,000 - £23,500. Benefits include onsite training, parking, and potential accommodation.
