Learning Support Worker - Lingfield, Surrey

This highly regarded specialist school and college provision supports children and young people aged 4-25 with autism, epilepsy, communication difficulties, learning disabilities, and complex additional needs. Set within a beautiful campus in Surrey, the setting combines personalised education, therapeutic support, and preparation for adulthood to help every learner achieve their full potential. With specialist facilities, sensory learning environments, therapeutic input, and a dedicated multidisciplinary team, students are encouraged to develop confidence, independence, communication skills, and essential life skills in a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment.
We are seeking compassionate and enthusiastic Learning Support Workers to join this exceptional specialist education setting.
This opportunity begins with a 12-week temporary placement, paid at £93–£100 per day, before transferring onto the school's permanent staffing team with a salary of £20,000–£23,500 per annum.
Monday - Friday | 9am - 4pm | Term-Time Only (39 weeks per year)
