Set within a beautiful campus in Surrey, the setting combines personalised education, therapeutic support and preparation for adulthood to help every learner achieve their full potential. With specialist facilities, sensory learning environments, therapeutic input and a dedicated multidisciplinary team, students are encouraged to develop confidence, independence, communication skills and essential life skills in a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment.

We are seeking compassionate and enthusiastic Learning Support Workers to join this exceptional specialist education setting.

This opportunity begins with a 12‑week temporary placement, paid at £93‑£100 per day, before transferring onto the school’s permanent staffing team with a salary of £20,000‑£23,500 per annum. Monday‑Friday 9am‑4pm Term‑Time Only (39 weeks per year). Full‑Time Opportunity.

• Supporting students with Special Educational Needs within a school or college environment.
• Working on a 1:1 basis and within small groups.
