passionate and dedicated KS1 / Year 1 Teacher to join their team
starting in January 2026 . In this role, you will deliver
high-quality education to Year 1 students, supporting their
academic, social, and emotional development. You will work within a

Responsibilities
· Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons for Year 1
students, meeting curriculum requirements.
· Implement engaging
teaching strategies to inspire and motivate learners.
· Monitor and
assess student progress, providing feedback and setting targets for
improvement.
· Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment
that encourages respect and collaboration.
· Communicate
effectively with parents/guardians about student progress and
wellbeing.

· Participate in staff
meetings, professional development, and school events as required.
Teacher Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Education or a related
field.
· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
· Experience
teaching Year 1 or KS1 students in a primary school setting. ·
Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and KS1 assessment
methods.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ·
Ability to differentiate instruction to meet individual learning
needs.
· Commitment to ongoing professional development and current
educational practices.
· Flexibility and teamwork skills to thrive
