Location: Lingfield
Randstad Education in Lingfield is partnering with a specialist school and residential setting to recruit a full-time support worker. The role involves 1:1 and small group support for children and young people aged 6+ with complex needs, in a welcoming environment.
The post is permanent, 44 hours a week, and requires availability Monday and Friday with mixed early and late shifts. Training and development are emphasised, with on-the-job training and funded qualifications.
