You will support pupils aged 11-16, focusing on stabilising behaviour, building confidence and re-engaging with learning in collaboration with teachers and pastoral staff. Ideal candidates are resilient, patient and emotionally intelligent.
Prior education experience helps, but backgrounds in youth work or mentoring are also valued. UK right to work is required.
