Reed FE are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Lecturer to join our supportive team in Surrey. This role is ideal for someone passionate about Early Years education, eager to inspire and guide the next generation of practitioners.
Early Years Lecturer
- Annual Salary Range: £29300 - £41700pa
- Location:
Surrey - Job Type: Part-time (0.6 FTE)
Day-to-day of the role of an Early Years Lecturer:
- Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching in Early Years education.
- Support learners in developing their knowledge, skills, and confidence as they progress towards their future careers.
- Stay updated with current developments in the FE/Adult curriculum and implement best practices in teaching.
- Address the unique challenges of teaching and learning in further education to enhance student engagement and success.
Required Skills & Qualifications of an Early Years Lecturer:
- Relevant degree or equivalent industrial or professional qualification.
- Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent).
- In-depth knowledge of current developments in the FE/Adult curriculum.
- Understanding of the challenges in teaching and learning in further education.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic team.
