Position: Deputy Nursery Manager Required In Prep-School And College

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and passionate Deputy Nursery Manager to join our Nursery team and play a key role in shaping outstanding early years provision. Working closely with the Head of Nursery, you will help lead a nurturing, forward‑thinking setting where children are inspired to thrive.

This role is ideal for an emerging early years professional who is ready to take the next step in their career, broaden their leadership experience and make a meaningful impact within an independent school environment.

We are looking for someone who:

Holds a Level 3 childcare qualification or higher
Has a strong working knowledge of EYFS, curriculum and safeguarding requirements
Is confident leading by example in a hands‑on role
Is highly organised, positive and committed to excellence

This is a full-time role working a shift pattern Monday to Friday, including 7.30am starts and 6.00pm finish.
