Job Summary

Hardware Engineer – £70,000 to £80,000 plus bonus – based in Surrey, working hybrid (3 days on‑site). The role focuses on Cellular, PCB, 5G, Wireless, Router, Design, Specifications and IoT.

Overview

We are supporting an IoT consultancy that is looking for a Hardware Engineer to join the team. The candidate will work on a green‑field project from the start, owning the design process end‑to‑end and collaborating closely with the Director of IoT.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and test hardware platforms and customised system components. Own the design process from specification through to certification and production, leveraging specialist third‑party expertise as required.

Qualifications

Experience designing communication or wireless technology products.
Experience working through the entire project lifecycle.
Preferred knowledge of radio technologies.
