Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and motivated Paediatric Occupational Therapist/SALT/Ed Psych to join our expanding multi‑disciplinary team working in our Epsom Clinical Hub in a hybrid school and outpatient clinic setting.
As a Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist, you will play a vital role in unlocking children and young people’s potential by assessing their needs and providing specialised interventions in school‑based and clinic‑based settings. You will work collaboratively with parents, carers, multidisciplinary and teaching teams across our hub to ensure interventions are effectively integrated into the child’s daily life.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments using standardised and non‑standardised assessment tools.
- Develop and implement individualised intervention plans, collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
- Evaluate intervention effectiveness and provide training to key adults.
- Maintain accurate documentation and actively participate in multidisciplinary meetings.
- Hold an independent caseload within the outpatient clinic and work dedicated days in the conjoined SEND school setting.
- BSc or MSc in Speech and Language Therapy.
- HCPC registration.
- Experience working within a paediatric setting (desirable).
- Experience with EHCPs and SLT provision in a school setting (desirable).
- Experience with complex behaviours (desirable).
- Experience completing assessments for Education, Health and Care Plans (desirable).
- Specialist CPD and/or training (desirable).
- Trauma‑informed care experience (desirable).
- Experience working with paediatric social, emotional and mental health needs (desirable).
- Up to £55,000 FTE, dependent on experience.
- £2,000 welcome bonus (£1,000 after 3 months and £1,000 after probation).
- Full‑time, permanent contract with a 50‑week year (5 weeks off in summer break, 22 days annual leave plus years of service allowance).
- 1 CPD day to use towards training; annual CPD and monthly internal CPD opportunities.

Location:
Epsom, Surrey.
Contract:
Permanent – Summer contract.
Working hours:
37.5 hours per week, flexible across Monday to Saturday.
