Main duties of the job

Join our team as a Bank Senior Occupational Therapist with HCRG Care Group. We offer flexible shifts with self-booking, professional growth opportunities across various services, and 24/7 well-being support. Our occupational therapists develop child-centered therapy plans using evidence-based practice to enhance individual potential. Responsibilities include managing therapy services, supervising students, and independently managing caseloads. Essential qualifications include a Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy, HCPC registration, and a minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience in paediatric practice.

Additionally, knowledge of child development, safeguarding, and strong communication skills are required.

We are recruiting for an experienced Bank Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist!

To work as a key member of the multidisciplinary team providing Occupational Therapy assessment, diagnosis and treatment for children, and to support them, their families and carers in self-management and care.

The post holder is responsible for devising child centred therapy plans using evidence-based practice to ensure that the individuals full potential is developed or maintained.
