Role & Responsibilities- Facilitate agile ceremonies (stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) for assigned squads, ensuring agreed processes are followed.
- Support teams in applying agile principles and encourage a culture of iterative improvement and learning.
- Assist with the intake of work into squads, helping to clarify scope and priorities, and supporting the management of dependencies.
- Identify and escalates blockers, risks, and issues to the Senior Agile Delivery Manager or relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product owners, technical leads, and business stakeholders to support alignment and transparency across initiatives.
- Competitive salary – £37,694 to £46,049
