Senior Commercial Account Handler Surrey / Hybrid Model up to £45,000 Pavilion Recruitment are working with a well-established commercial insurance broker, established in 1986 and now part of a wider UK broking group with 800 employees UK wide. The business has a strong reputation for client service and long-standing relationships, whilst offering access to a wide range of insurer markets.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Account Handler to manage an established book of business, predominantly focused on Property Owners, Contractors and Commercial Combined risks initially.

The Role Manage your own portfolio of established commercial clients Handle renewals, MTAs and day-to-day client servicing Re-broke risks to market and negotiate with insurers Build strong, long-term client relationships Understand clients’ businesses and identify appropriate insurance solutions Working with premiums up to £25,000 Use Acturis and e-trade platforms Very little new business – the focus is on nurturing existing clients About You 3 years’ Commercial Insurance experience Strong broking/account handling experience Property Owners and/or Contractors experience advantageous Acturis experience preferred Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Strong client service and communication skills A genuine passion for insurance and a desire to go the extra mile Team player with a proactive approach If you’re looking for a relationship-led Commercial Account Handling role without a heavy new-business focus, we’d love to hear from you.
