A well-established Surrey firm are looking for a solicitor to head up the dispute resolution department at their Farnham office. The firm would like to speak to solicitors who have a minimum of 5 years' PQE in litigation / dispute resolution. The successful candidate will be managing their own caseload as well as managing a small team of fee earners plus support staff.

The firm provides initial advice right through to representing clients at mediation or at court and covers a broad range of dispute resolution areas including:

• Land and property disputes
• Inheritance disputes
• Building and construction disputes
• Private debt enforcement and contract issues
• Professional negligence
• Landlord and tenant disputes

The role is full-time, permanent and salary will be negotiable depending on experience.
