THE ROLE:

A specialist claims management organisation is seeking a Qualified Solicitor to join its Professional Indemnity team, handling complex claims on behalf of SRA and FCA regulated professionals. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of professional indemnity matters, working closely with policyholders, insurers, and other stakeholders to achieve high-quality claims outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of professional indemnity claims from inception to resolution Act for SRA and FCA regulated professionals Advise on insurance law, contract law, and litigation strategy Liaise with clients, insurers, and third parties Maintain accurate case records using relevant systems Deliver effective, timely, and commercially focused outcomes

Qualified Solicitor with professional indemnity experience Strong understanding of insurance and litigation processes Excellent analytical and case management skills Confident communicator and negotiator Able to work independently and as part of a team High attention to detail and strong professional standards will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
