The team has an impressive list of major clients and panel appointments, and is now looking to add a Solicitor.

You will gain outstanding exposure to high-value development and settled stock work, including:
Conditional contracts, options and rights of pre-emption Collaboration and development agreements High-value residential development and investment projects You will run your own transactions, support on larger matters, help mentor others and get involved in business development. We are keen to speak with Solicitors who have:
Qualification as a Solicitor of England & Wales Residential development experience from a large regional or city firm (affordable housing is a plus; commercial property will be considered)
