The Procurement & Supply Chain Director will lead and manage all aspects of procurement, logistics, and supply chain operations for the business. This strategic role ensures the efficient sourcing, delivery, and management of goods and services to support the brand's growth and operational excellence.

Description
Develop and implement a robust procurement strategy aligned with business objectives.
Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to ensure cost efficiency and quality.
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for innovation and cost savings.
Oversee end-to-end supply chain processes, including forecasting, inventory management, and distribution.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to all UK locations.
Optimise logistics and warehousing operations for efficiency and scalability.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement and supply chain team.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across departments.
Drive sustainability initiatives within procurement and supply chain practices.
Implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
Profile
A successful Procurement & Supply Chain Director should have:
Proven experience in procurement and supply chain leadership within the Food & Beverage or hospitality sector.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
Excellent knowledge of UK and international supply chain regulations and best practices.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and deliver cost savings without compromising quality.
Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in a related field
CIPS qualifications preferred.
Experienced in drafting commercial terms for contracts, working with the legal team.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Offer
Competitive salary ranging from £100,000 to £120,000 per annum.
