About Them:
National charity dedicated to supporting vulnerable individuals, especially women facing homelessness and trauma.

Position Overview:

As the Service Lead, you will lead the innovative homelessness service in Surrey, focusing on both service delivery and strategic development. You'll collaborate with a dedicated team to provide holistic, person-centred support that addresses health, education, employment, and spiritual well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and inspire support workers to deliver personalised, trauma-informed care.
Develop partnerships with external agencies and stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
Ensure a culture of client involvement and co-production, fostering community and mutual support.
Oversee the management of referrals and ensure high-quality, psychologically informed accommodation.

What We're Looking For:

Substantial experience in managing services for women experiencing homelessness.
Proven ability to build effective partnerships and communicate a compelling vision.
Knowledge of the unique challenges facing homeless women and the necessary support mechanisms.
Strong understanding of church networks and their role in community support.
