The mandate is straightforward: take ownership of the business, accelerate growth and shape its next chapter. With full P&L responsibility, you will lead the development and execution of the business strategy, strengthen key customer relationships, identify new market opportunities and ensure the organisation continues to deliver both commercial and operational excellence. The business operates across sensors, controls and integrated systems serving the BMS and HVAC/R markets, providing technically critical solutions where reliability, performance and expertise are fundamental to customers.

The opportunity:

This is not a role focused solely on maintaining an established operation. You will have the authority and platform to make a genuine commercial impact. You will:
Build on an established and profitable customer base Strengthen the commercial proposition and go-to-market strategy Lead and develop the existing management and wider team Identify opportunities to improve operational performance and profitability Work closely with the wider Group to leverage its resources, capabilities and market reach

The Person We're interested in speaking with experienced Managing Directors, General Managers, Business Unit Directors and Divisional Directors who have successfully led and grown a technical, product-led or solutions-based business.

Experience with in BMS, HVAC/R, controls, automation, instrumentation, sensors, building technologies or related engineered products would be advantageous.
