Full-time position, Hours of work 7:30-16:30 (28 days holiday per year (20 days  statutory) Balconette is an established company who manufacture and supply glass balustrade and Juliets. We are looking for a Manufacturing Operative to join our great Manufacturing team. Working from our Blindley Heath site, you will assist in the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.

Experience not required as full and continuous training will be given. Clean UK driving licence is a must as occasional driving for business is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Operate machinery and equipment to cut, assemble, and pack aluminium profile Pick, clean and pack glass panels Pick and pack product accessories to complete order Assist with dispatching orders Use of powered vehicles, e.g. forklift Assist with maintaining stock levels Follow processes accordingly Comply with Health and Safety Roll will involve site work and installations across the UK Working away on installations

QUALIFICATIONS:

Evidence of a sound level of general education including GCSE English and Maths or equivalent Willingness to participate in further training and development opportunities REQUIREMENTS:
