Working hours:
08:30– 17:00 Food Technical Coordinator
- What You'll be Doing :
Respond to operational enquiries in a timely, polite and accurate manners;
Support Technical Manager to achieve the technical objectives and goals. Keen to help and collaborate with other team members. Demonstrate knowledge, understanding and enthusiasm for company’s businesses and products to ensure smooth operations and customers satisfaction. Maintain all aspects of coordination to a high standard. Be able to complete tasks within a tight time. Ensure complying with FS legislation as well as company Policies and SOP;
Carry out regular housekeeping, as well as site inspections. Follow up all NCs raised and close in timely manor Work closely and communicate well with internal teams to ensure high standard of operational activities have maintained;
Coordinate with customers complaints and carry out investigations for any incidents with related operational team(s) to provide findings and resolve problems; check records and forms in a regular basis, report progress and follow up any corrective actions for any missing gaps. Coordinate production activities where related to technical/FS functions Food Technical Coordinator
- The Skills You'll Need to Succeed :
Understanding of food safety, QC/QA/GMP checks, sampling, NC follow-up Knowledge of Japanese/Asian/ethnic foods would be helpful but not a must Experience in customer service and/or sales/suppliers Polite, helpful phone manner, and customer focused individual Please follow us on Linkedin: company/people-first-team-japan We would be grateful if you could send your CV as a Word document.
