The Role
Sutton, Surrey (Hybrid)
Salary: £52.187 - £60,571
Full Time | Permanent This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced communications leader to shape employee engagement, internal communications and employer brand across one of the UK's leading education organisations.
Working closely with senior leaders, you will develop and deliver a Trust-wide communications strategy that strengthens organisational culture, improves colleague engagement and creates a clear, consistent narrative across the Trust.
Based in Sutton, you'll work in a hybrid environment with regular travel across Trust schools and services. Working hours are 8.45am-4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.45am-4.15pm on Fridays.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the internal communications, employee engagement and employer brand strategy
Drive organisational culture and engagement initiatives
Lead change and transformation communications
Develop compelling communications for colleagues and leaders
Strengthen leadership visibility and two-way communication
Oversee internal communication channels, including the intranet
Use insight and engagement data to measure impact and drive continuous improvement
About You
You'll have:
Significant experience in internal communications, employee engagement, branding or organisational development
Experience developing organisation-wide communication strategies
A proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and executive leaders
Expertise in employer branding, culture and change communications
Excellent written, verbal and stakeholder engagement skills
A degree-level qualification (or equivalent experience) in Communications, PR, Marketing, Journalism or a related field.
