HCRG Care Group offers funded Specialist Community Public Health Nursing (SCPHN) training for Health Visitors commencing January 2027. We are seeking dedicated, reflective, and dynamic Nurses or Midwives to support children, families and communities across Surrey.
Responsibilities- Work with families to identify health needs in children 0‑4 years as early as possible.
- Apply theoretical knowledge to practice placements to develop high‑quality, evidence‑based assessment and care.
- Safeguard and protect children, young people and vulnerable adults.
- Travel across Surrey to meet educational and clinical requirements of the course.
Essential:
- Registered with the NMC as a Nurse or Midwife.
- UK resident.
- Achievement of an undergraduate degree OR completion of a Diploma in Nursing.
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable:
- Completion of a recent Level 6 (or above) module.

InterviewWe are holding a group assessment day, including interviews for this role on Friday 24th July 2026 in Guildford. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to this event.
