Team Leader Garderner

We are recruiting for an established, growing garden maintenance business based near Lingfield and looking for an experienced Gardener / Team Leader to join their team.

They focus on quality over volume. Jobs are done properly. Clients are long‑term and standards are high.

You’ll be part of a small, skilled team covering Surrey, Kent and Sussex. Work is steady year‑round. Your horticultural knowledge is respected. This is not a churn‑and‑burn contractor. It’s a business that values detail, reliability and good people.

Hands‑on gardening with responsibility.

• Leading a small team on site
• Lawn care, hedge cutting, pruning and seasonal maintenance
• Planting and general horticultural tasks
• Managing your day and maintaining high standards
• Representing the business professionally with clients

You’ll be trusted to run jobs properly. Not micromanaged.

• Minimum 5 years gardening experience
• RHS Level 2 (or equivalent horticultural qualification)
• Experience supervising or leading others
• Clean UK driving licence held for at least 5 years
• No criminal record

£29,000–£32,000 depending on experience
