Lingfield Park Resort is seeking a Sous Chef to lead and deliver an innovative food offer within the 4 star Marriott hotel kitchens, ensuring high standards of quality and service. You will work with the Hotel Head Chef to manage the Kitchen staff rota, maintain food safety compliance, and help achieve set cost targets while thriving in a fast paced environment.
The role requires NVQ Level 3 food preparation and Food Safety Certificate, with a proven track record in a similar role, and strong
