We are seeking a Sales Advisor who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and maximising sales opportunities. This role involves applying expert product knowledge, engaging effectively with customers, and maintaining excellent operational standards to create a positive and welcoming shopping environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Maximise profit and meet sales targets by achieving set individual KPIs and objectives.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming customers, identifying their needs, and providing recommendations using our customer journey model.
• Engage in up-selling and cross-selling on the sales floor and over the telephone to maximise sales opportunities.
• Demonstrate products to highlight their features and benefits, ensuring customers are well-informed when making purchases.
• Utilise customer feedback and sales reports to make informed commercial decisions regarding product selection, stock availability, and in-store product positioning.
• Maintain awareness of industry activity and local market conditions to enhance the sales process.
• Ensure showroom standards are consistently high by completing salesfloor and off-salesfloor checklists.
• Follow merchandising guidelines and execute promotions accurately and promptly.
• Utilise relevant POS and lifestyle graphics as per instructions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a retail environment.
• Strong product demonstration skills and the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of current industry trends and local market conditions.
• Familiarity with POS systems and standard retail operational procedures.
• Commitment to ongoing personal development and participation in company training.
