Client Manager – Print & Design Studio

Salary: £Basic Salary Dependent on Experience plus Profit Based Bonus. This position has been filled and is no longer accepting applications.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within a small but fast paced print and design studio that is seeking to expand the business and your contribution will result in direct financial benefits.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, finding solutions to match their requirements while maximising business opportunities and customer satisfaction.
• Primarily deal with new and existing clients on the phone, by email and face to face in the Studio.
• Proactively look for new opportunities to grow the business.
• Deliver a service driven approach that offers solutions that match and exceed clients’ needs and expectations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Real desire to provide outstanding client service and be highly self‑motivated, determined to succeed.
• Keen eye for detail, high levels of energy, sense of fun, and ability to work independently.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, especially in a demanding environment.
• IT literacy and experience in the printing, digital and business communications industry in a customer‑facing environment.
