An exciting opportunity to join a successful independent estate agency in the Lingfield area. This role offers great potential for a candidate with some previous estate agency experience to develop their career at a respected and growing property business.

Our client is a respected independent Sales and Lettings agency with multiple offices across Surrey. They are looking for an energetic and driven Sales Negotiator to join their Lingfield team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking to grow their career in property sales, supported by an experienced team and a trusted local brand.

While prior estate agency experience is preferred, the company is also open to considering a more junior candidate who demonstrates enthusiasm, professionalism, and transferable skills from a related customer-facing or sales role.

• Assisting in the running of the local Sales Department
• Conducting viewings and negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Delivering exceptional customer service to both vendors and buyers
• Managing and progressing property sales from offer to completion
• Maintaining accurate records and adhering to compliance standards
• Proactively seeking new business opportunities

• Previous experience in a property or sales-related role (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build lasting business relationships
• Professional, articulate, and well-presented manner
• Local knowledge of the Lingfield area (advantageous)
• Full UK driving licence and own car required
• Motivation to achieve results and progress within the company
