📍 Remote / Field-Based (Milton Keynes to Cornwall)
💰 £50,000 - £55,000 + Uncapped Bonus + Car Allowance

My client, a leading supplier of sustainable packaging and tableware, is looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to grow sales across the Southern region.

This role combines account management and new business development, working closely with independent distributors, wholesalers, and catering operators to increase sales, develop relationships, and drive profitable growth.

What You'll Be Doing

Growing and developing existing customer accounts
Identifying and securing new business opportunities
Managing pricing, margins, and commercial performance
Delivering product training and customer support
Building relationships with business owners, directors, buyers, and sales teams
Working collaboratively with internal sales and operations teams
Providing market and competitor insights

What We're Looking For

Proven B2B sales or business development experience
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
Commercially minded with experience managing margins
Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to manage a large territory
Experience in food service, packaging, catering supplies, or related industries is advantageousPackage
