You will play a key role in delivering practical, emotional, and developmental support to carers and children, helping families build stability and resilience.

Provide intensive one-to-one support to kinship carers through the Kinship Connected delivery model for up to six months.

Facilitate support groups
, both face-to-face and virtually, creating safe and inclusive spaces for carers.

Liaise with local authorities, schools, and partner organisations to arrange specialist support and training.

Coordinate and deliver the Ready Programme
, supporting carers to attend workshops and access relevant services.

Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to champion the organisation’s mission and values.

Identify and manage safeguarding concerns
, following robust policies with guidance from designated safeguarding officers.

Accurately record service delivery activity and assess carers’ needs using the Salesforce database
.

Contribute to programme evaluation, service development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Engage fully in training and professional development to enhance skills and practice.

You will be self-motivated, well-organised
