Location: Lingfield
Randstad Education in Lingfield is recruiting Teaching Assistants to transition into residential care without losing school holidays. This term-time role (39 weeks) offers shifts Monday–Friday and on-site duties supporting children and young adults with complex needs in a care campus.
Role requires at least 3 months of TA/LSA experience, a driving licence, and a patient, team‑oriented approach. Fully funded professional development and DBS checks are provided.
