Sie tragen Verantwortung für Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätskontrolle, setzen behördliche Auflagen um und sichern eine fachgerechte, vorschriftskonforme Ausführung. Der direkte Austausch auf der Baustelle und im Projektteam gehört zum Alltag.
