Ihre Aufgaben sind die Beratung und Begleitung der Patienten in sozialen, rechtlichen und finanziellen Belangen sowie die interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit. Ein tertiärer Abschluss in Sozialarbeit ist erforderlich, Berufserfahrung im psychiatrischen Bereich ist von Vorteil. Das Arbeitsumfeld bietet ein wertschätzendes Klima, geregelte Arbeitszeiten und mindestens 5 Wochen Ferien.
