Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Susanville, CA

Health Advocates Network, an STI-supported partnership, is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide mental health services at a facility in Susanville, California. This position is a registry placement and will be paid as a 1099 contractor.

Pay Rate: $100 per hour

Job Duties:

• Serve as clinician-of-the-day, available for on‑call during scheduled workdays for patient emergencies.
• Conduct initial mental‑health evaluations to assess patient needs and make treatment recommendations.
• Perform clinically sound risk evaluations, including review of pertinent data/chart reviews and appropriate documentation and consultations.
• Meet with patients for crisis intervention, group psychotherapy, and face‑to‑face interviews.
• Identify signs and symptoms of psychiatric disorders to assess, diagnose, and manage presenting symptoms.
• Write clinical reports regarding diagnoses and prognoses and develop treatment plans that reflect the standard of practice.
• Other duties may be assigned by supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience as an LCSW within the last 36 months.
• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker license in California.
• Valid CPR card issued by the American Heart Association.
