Job Title: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) - ISUDT
Location: Susanville, California
Employment Type: Full-Time Contract (6-9 months, with potential for extension)
Pay Range: $67.75 - $69.75 per hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) to join the Integrated Substance Use Disorder Treatment (ISUDT) program in a secure clinical environment in Susanville, CA. This is a full-time contract role with competitive compensation, weekly pay, and the potential for temp-to-perm transition into a state role with full benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments and provide individual counseling, group therapy, and brief interventions
- Support the ISUDT program through effective treatment planning and clinical coordination
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, and monitor patient care
- Facilitate transitional care by connecting patients with appropriate community resources upon release
- Perform biopsychosocial evaluations and develop solution-focused, family systems-based treatment plans
- Provide care recommendations and communicate effectively with patients and care teams
- Track and document progress, coordinate discharges, and support rehabilitation efforts
- Participate in clinical meetings, case conferences, trainings, and committee assignments as needed
Required Qualifications
- Experience:At least 12 continuous months of direct patient care within the last 3 years
- Licensure:Valid California MFT license issued by the Board of Behavioral Sciences (hard copy required)
- Certification:Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Identification:Valid Photo , Drivers License, or Passport
