This ER Registered Nurse position offers a 13-week assignment in Susanville, California. The role requires delivering high-quality emergency nursing care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and documenting patient assessments. Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in a hospital setting
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
- Execute emergency procedures and protocols efficiently and effectively
- Assess patient needs, prioritize urgency, and respond swiftly to critical situations
- Valid California RN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum 1 year recent ER nursing experience
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations in fast-paced environments
- Ability to work days and nights as needed
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Physical ability to stand long periods and assist with patient mobility
Skills:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- Experience working in hospital emergency departments

You hold a valid California RN license. You have at least one year recent ER experience. You can thrive in fast-paced emergency environments
