We're hiring 4 to 10 builders to frame wall panels, floor cassettes and roof panels in our Susanville shop. $19-$30+/hr based on experience, full benefits with your family included. Framing experience helps - hustle and a good work ethic matter most.

Assemble prefabricated floor cassettes, wall panels, and roof panels in our manufacturing facility. Experience with framing preferred but we will train the right person. $19-$30+/hr based on experience.

Create detailed 3D/BIM models for prefabricated structural components. Proficiency in modeling software required. Construction experience a plus.

Support factory operations. No experience required - we'll train you if you hustle. Great entry point for a career in construction. Starts at $19/hr.
