Provide coordinated home and community care as a Registered Nurse with the New Brunswick Extra-Mural Program in Sussex. Apply nursing expertise across rotating shifts.
This part-time temporary Registered Nurse position supports holistic patient care within the New Brunswick Extra-Mural Program. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs while collaborating with patients, significant others, and an interdisciplinary team. The assignment is in Sussex, with the anticipated end date of May 14, 2027.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate holistic care for each patient
- Assess patient and significant-other care needs
- Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary health professionals
- Provide care in homes and communities
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Registration or eligibility with the CNNB
- Two years’ specialized nursing experience within five years
- Valid New Brunswick Class 5 driver’s license
- Current CPR Level C certification or obtain within three months
Use nursing judgment, collaboration, and patient-centred coordination to support New Brunswickers through Extra-Mural care in Sussex.
