Responsibilities:

• Pre‑post inspection and report writing for responsive repairs, legal disrepair, void works and cyclical repairs.
• Consulting and engaging with customers, leaseholders and internal & external stakeholders.
• Planning and coordinating repair, maintenance, and construction work to comply with cost, time, and quality standards.
• Conduct building and technical surveys to determine building condition and identify defects and associated risks.
• Carry out major void inspections and ensure work is completed in line with KPIs, making recommendations based on survey findings.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3.
• Member of a relevant professional body such as RICS or CIOB.
• Ability to travel across the region as required.
