Salary: £33,592 – £46,189 per annum
Hours: 36 hours per week

Responsibilities:
- Pre‑post inspection and report writing for responsive repairs, legal disrepair, void works and cyclical repairs.
- Consulting and engaging with customers, leaseholders and internal & external stakeholders.
- Planning and coordinating repair, maintenance, and construction work to comply with cost, time, and quality standards.
- Conduct building and technical surveys to determine building condition and identify defects and associated risks.
- Carry out major void inspections and ensure work is completed in line with KPIs, making recommendations based on survey findings.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3.
- Member of a relevant professional body such as RICS or CIOB.
- Ability to travel across the region as required.
