Salary: £32,000 to £36,000 DOE

An award winning AJ100 architectural practice is looking to appoint an Architectural Technician to join its contemporary and vibrant studio in West Sussex. Key Responsibilities:

* Support the technical delivery of medium to large scale residential schemes

* Prepare detailed drawing packages across a range of RIBA stages

* Produce accurate plans, elevations, sections and construction details

* Assist with building regulations submissions and technical compliance

* Coordinate effectively with consultants and internal teams to ensure well resolved information

* Attend site meetings and contribute to successful project delivery

About You:

* Qualification in Architectural Technology or a related discipline

* CIAT membership or working towards chartership is desirable

* At least 1 year of UK practice experience, ideally within residential projects

* Proficient in AutoCAD, with Revit experience advantageous

* Strong technical knowledge and understanding of UK Building Regulations

* Excellent attention to detail and strong problem solving ability

* Confident communicator with a proactive and team oriented approach
