• Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with diverse needs
• Support learners with EHCPs, behavioural challenges, or complex learning barriers
• Create safe, structured, and nurturing learning environments
• Work collaboratively with support staff, SENCOs, and leadership teams
• Adapt quickly to new settings and build positive relationships with pupils
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, professionalism, and behaviour management

• QTS or QTLS (essential)
• Experience in SEN, SEND, SEMH, or PRU environments
• Strong behaviour management and de‑escalation skills
• A calm, compassionate, and adaptable approach
• A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable or high‑needs learners
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
