Cover Supervisor

General Cover Supervisor Hailsham, Eastbourne & Hastings
Location: East Sussex (Hailsham, Eastbourne, Hastings)
Pay: £100 £ 140 per day (dependent on experience)
Hours: 8:30am 3:30pm
Contract: Long-term, short-term, or flexible supply (full time or part time available)

Are you a reliable and enthusiastic professional ready to support schools across East Sussex? We are recruiting General Cover Supervisors to provide classroom support and maintain continuity of learning when teachers are absent in Hailsham, Eastbourne, and Hastings.

• Implementing pre-prepared lessons and school policies

• Monitoring student behaviour and reporting concerns according to school guidelines

• Assisting with administrative tasks where needed

• Previous experience working in schools is advantageous but not essential

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Professionalism, reliability, and adaptability

• Ability to engage students and manage classroom behaviour effectively

• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
