Teachers & TAs – SEND / SEMH Roles with Real Impact | East Sussex
SEND and SEMH schools across East Sussex are looking for educators who understand that progress is built on consistency, structure and strong adult presence.
These roles support pupils who may require additional emotional or behavioural support to access learning. Schools value staff who are dependable, emotionally aware and able to maintain clear expectations.
We are recruiting both teachers and teaching assistants who are interested in working within supportive SEND and SEMH environments.
Roles May Include- SEND and SEMH teaching posts
- Teaching Assistant and LSA roles
- 1:1 support positions

- Ongoing and long-term placements

Previous SEND experience is welcomed, though strong mainstream educators with the right mindset are encouraged to apply.

- Teaching roles paid to scale; TA and LSA roles paid at £89.38 per day
- A child-only DBS certificate is mandatory. If you do not currently hold one, you will need to apply and pay for a DBS and place it on the Update Service. Support is provided throughout.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
