SEND & SEMH Education Roles | Teachers & Support Staff - East Sussex
SEND and SEMH schools across East Sussex are continuing to strengthen their teams with educators who bring consistency, emotional awareness and professionalism into the classroom.
These roles span both primary and secondary settings and support pupils who benefit from clear routines, positive relationships and structured environments. While behaviour can be complex at times, schools operate within supportive teams and established frameworks.
We are looking to connect with both teachers and classroom support staff who are interested in meaningful work within SEND and SEMH education.

- Experience with in SEND or SEMH is beneficial but not essential. Schools value the right mindset and approach.

- Teaching roles paid to scale; TA and LSA roles paid at £89.38 per day
- A valid child-only DBS is required. If you do not hold one, you will need to apply and pay for a DBS and register it on the Update Service. Support is provided throughout the process.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
