Education / Teaching
Teacher Assistant/ Paraprofessional, School Counselor, Elementary School, Special Needs / Learning Disabilities
I'm currently working with a range of SEND and SEMH schools across East Sussex
, supporting them to find reliable and thoughtful educators who are interested in working within specialist settings.
These schools support pupils across both primary and secondary phases who may need additional emotional, behavioural or learning support to access education. Staff teams place a strong emphasis on structure, consistency and positive relationships.
Rather than recruiting for just one vacancy, I'm looking to connect with educators who are open to hearing about different opportunities across the county.

Different schools offer different environments and working styles, so the aim is to match educators with settings where they feel confident and supported.

Have experience working with children or young people
Are calm, patient and able to build positive relationships
Enjoy working within structured environments
Are open to developing experience within SEND education
