Sussex Alternative Provision College (WSAPC) seeks a Positive Connections Lead to help vulnerable learners reconnect with education and build resilience. You will design and deliver bespoke programmes across schools and partner agencies, enabling improved attendance and engagement.
You will work with senior colleagues to tailor interventions, monitor outcomes and deliver safeguarding and inclusion strategies. A collaborative, developmental environment supports staff and pupils alike.
