Finance Director

Location: West Sussex

Reed Finance are currently recruiting for an experienced Finance Director to join a well-established and successful business based in Sussex. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who will take responsibility for the finance function while working closely with the wider senior management team. The successful candidate will combine strong financial control with the ability to provide commercial insight and support strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities will include:
Leading, managing and developing the finance team Providing accurate and timely management and financial reporting Supporting the senior leadership team with commercial and financial insight Leading the annual budgeting and forecasting processes Managing cash flow and working capital Overseeing financial controls, processes and procedures Managing internal and external audit requirements Reviewing and improving finance systems and processes Partnering with operational teams to improve profitability and efficiency Supporting wider business projects and continuous improvement initiatives [Finance Diemigraphic | Word] The ideal candidate will have: ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification Previous experience operating at a senior finance leadership level

Experience with in a manufacturing, engineering or similar operational environment Strong commercial and analytical skills Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
