Dream Medical is collaborating with a private hospital rated “Outstanding” by the CQC, offering advanced treatments with state-of-the-art technology. They are seeking a motivated and experienced ODP or Nurse with scrub experience to join their high-performing Theatre Team.

Responsibilities:

Support in assessing patients' health and well-being across a diverse caseload.

Assist in delivering patient care tailored to individual needs.

Promote best practices, contribute to quality improvements, and organize data for assessment.

Develop a culture of health, safety, security, and infection control.

Candidate Requirements:

Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner with Orthopaedic Scrub experience.
Ability to work independently and in teams.
Supported by professional and clinical knowledge.
